Technical Sales Manager
£35,000 – £40,000 (+OTE, Annual Bonus, Company Car, etc)
We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join a highly successful business that manufactures parts to the Aerospace & Defence industry.
As a continually growing and well-established business, this company provides design, specification and manufacturing of parts to the Aerospace & Defence industry across the globe.
With customer experience at the forefront of what they do, they work with their clients at every stage of the manufacturing process to ensure the service they provide is second to none!

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the full 360 sales cycle
- Develop new business to grow the business
- Achieve and exceed all targets set
- Develop strong market knowledge to maximise selling opportunities
- Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure a smooth process
To be considered for this role, we are looking for candidates that are ambitious, proactive and have a real hunger to achieve.
The ideal candidate will have demonstratable experience within Aerospace or Defence and have a technical understanding.
You will ideally be at the start of your career, looking for longevity and progression. You will be consultative, friendly, flexible and a good sense of humour wouldn’t go amiss!
