Internal Sales Executive
£18,000 – £25,000 (+ uncapped commission + excellent benefits)
We are looking for a pro-active Internal Sales Executive to join a leading automotive technology company based in Birmingham.
As a well-established market leader, they have built an outstanding industry reputation.
They sell a broad spectrum of products and solutions including Fleet Management solutions, Telematics Insurance and Automotive solutions to a range of corporate clients across the UK. This company oversees complete delivery in-house from research through to manufacturing.

As part of their on-going success, there is now the opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive to join their team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business
- Engaging with new customers over the phone to understand needs and requirements and map these into the product/service on offer
- Qualify new sales prospects
- Generate sales leads for other parts of the business such as field sales
- Achieve KPI’s in terms of call volume, quality of call etc
- Maintain a high level of customer service in areas
- Work closely with other team members to achieve personal and team goals
To be considered for this role, we are looking for candidates that are ambitious, proactive and that have strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate must have experience selling B2B and be confident to generate new business. Telematics experience is not necessary however you will be ‘tech-savvy’, forward-thinking and adaptable.
