Our incredibly talented Sales Division is headed up by Kim Barnes and Lorren Daly. Both have been with us since the launch of this division which is growing from strength to strength.  Kim and Lorren have recently taken on the mantle of team leaders and are now mentoring and coaching consultants to work alongside them which they are very well equipped to do having over 19 years of experience between them. Our Sales Division recruit UK wide from junior level sales positions to sales directors.  We are able to offer this speciality due to the diverse nature of both recruiter’s experiences. Recruitment can be stressful for both candidates and clients. However, we look to alleviate those pressures in a consultative manner, offer advice, guidance and support along every step of the way. With over 10 years of sales experience growing global accounts, implementing effective marketing and sales strategies across the UK, Middle East and GCC I am now loving the new challenge of recruiting sales roles for global clients, sourcing superstars and helping business and careers flourish.


Sophie Fleming

After working within retail talent acquisition, I quickly learned that my passion lay within the recruitment! I really enjoy building a rapport with people and finding the perfect match for both candidate and client alike. This is a new challenge for me and I am so excited to have joined such a unique and dynamic team.


Lorren Daly

Sales - Managing Consultant

After studying within Equine Science, I decided to put my education to use and become a Recruitment Consultant…Haha I’m not kidding! I originally fell into the world of recruitment after speaking with a recruitment company about a role I was applying for. After a lengthy conversation, we established, I love speaking to new people, building relationships and creating opportunity. Forget the horses, recruitment was actually the perfect career path for me…6 years later, I haven’t looked back! Having worked within the Automotive, Sales & Events industry; Sales is most definitely my “cup of tea” when it comes to industries so here I am!

Spending the largest part of my life playing football and “chasing a dream”, I eventually achieved that dream and ended up doing 8 years in Retail Management!   I found that retail management offered me great scope to develop some really good customer service, people management and sales experience.  I particularly enjoyed the sales techniques and skills and wanted to make more of this so ventured into the automotive industry,  which is where I have spent the last 5 years.  Working in dealerships and the motor trade  has given me yet another set of skills when I was given the opportunity to recruit my own team.  Whilst recruiting and managing teams I realised there is a real need to recruit and retain top quality people in your business, however there is just simply not the time to find them!   So looking for my next challenge I spoke with Lorren Daly at TMR Group  and found that the Recruitment Industry was able to give me just that, the perfect opportunity to help provide top quality candidates for clients who find themselves in my shoes – Unable to find them !
