This is to drive the lead generation through effective digital marketing channels. Providing solid experience in a digital marketing role gained ideally within a B2B environment.


The Role of the Digital Marketing Executive

Developing and increasing customer engagement, lead generation and digital presence. Using multiple digital channels. This role provides a unique opportunity to be part of shaping the business’ digital landscape, structure and future. It requires an ambitious, hard-working individual who can think strategically yet is prepared to roll their sleeves up and work hands-on day-to-day.


Key responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Executive


  • Digital campaigns across multi channels
  • Development of content and uploading of content
  • CMS experience is essential in this role
  • SEO management this will be through the agencies but you will be responsible for reporting and management of these campaigns
  • Plan and manage social media platforms, including strategy and analytics
  • Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaigns overall performance
  • Manage the website content, including keywords and analytics
  • Co-ordinate with suppliers and agencies to assist with an interactive website
  • Development of lead generation with marketing activity
  • Analysis of the campaign activity, reporting back to line management
  • Email campaign management, monitoring and analysing results
  • Responsible for customer journey throughout the campaigns
  • Google analytics
  • Working on integrated marketing campaigns that support business objectives


Requirements of the Digital Marketing Executive

  • Current or recent experience in a pure digital marketing role ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Digital marketing experience should ideally include email marketing, website management, PPC, social media etc
  • Experience in digital marketing gained in the financial services and/or insurance sector would be an advantage
  • Solid experience in producing and implementing multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience with web design and UX would be desirable
