This role is based in central Leamington Spa. We are looking for candidates that have a minimum of 1 years experience with excellent audio typing skills.

  • Digital dictation for conveyancing law cases
  • Answering and making phone calls from/to clients, police stations, courts etc
  • Time recording on our in house system
  • Occasionally preparing family bundles (not essential but would be beneficial)
  • Filing, scanning & general admin
  • Issue the client care letter via email
  • Opening and sorting the post
  • Attending meetings
  • Organise meetings and arrange associated travel/accommodation as required

Please note there isn’t parking for this role. Working hours at 9:00 am to 5:15 pm Monday to Friday.
