Specialist SME Recruitment

Emma and Sophie have been amazing getting me interviews, more importantly they give feedback and follow up which is very rare in the current climate. I would recommend them to any business to or candidate going forward.

Had a great experience working with Zinia Bain 🙂 She was super friendly, professional, and always quick to respond. Really appreciated her dedication and clear communication throughout!

I have had a very positive experience with TMR Group. Emma has been very diligent in ensuring that I am informed every step of the way. And if not for Conner reaching out, I would have not known about TMR.

Connor was extremely helpful with my job search, and sourced me multiple roles until I found the right fit. Within less than a week, he arranged an interview and helped me land a role at a reputable company. I could not recommend TMR Group enough, they are extremely helpful and really care in finding a role that is best for you!

Zinia was fantastic! She guided me through the entire interview process, providing excellent tips that helped me land the job I wanted. She's a delightful person to talk to and has stayed in touch to make sure my onboarding goes smoothly, even after I got the job.

I had a fantastic experience working with Connor! He was professional, attentive, and made the recruitment process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend TMR Group for anyone in need of recruitment services!”

I have applied for a position through the TMR group and in matter of two weeks and great communication with Connor I got the job I wanted. The experience was really good, Connor was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

Emma was friendly and informative during our initial call, managed to get me an interview for the role I had applied for and sent me some useful links and tips beforehand. It paid off as I got an offer! Thanks, Emma!

Surprisingly, I only dealt with Lee for 3 days, I was contacted by TMR on a Monday morning, he told me about a position he was recruiting for that suited my experience, I agreed and he said he'd arrange an interview between us. I explained that due to working hours it could be difficult. He called me back and advised it was scheduled by Teams for Tuesday lunchtime, which was a great idea. I'd already received details of the vacancy and their requirements by email so I knew exactly what they required from the candidate, so the process was easy. The meeting went extremely well, so much so, that I was offered the job on Wednesday morning! To say I was chuffed is an understatement. My new company said this was the first time they'd used TMR, so fingers crossed they continue to do so! I can only thank Lee for his help, I know he knows it was an easy placement for him, we've joked about it, but I'm grateful he chose my CV to put forward for what's hopefully going to be a successful career choice for me.

Emma was fantastic. Very helpful, friendly and informative. Always at the end of the phone and made me feel very at ease. Made sure I was prepared for my job interview which I then went on to get. I would definitely recommend them.

They actual care for their candidates ! Sophie has been amazing throughout the process! Even though I didn’t get a job I was suggested for she was extremely supportive and was constantly checked in with me for updates on my applications and interviews! If I need a new job in the future I’ll make sure to contact her first ! Thank you Sophie 🙏🏼

My overall experience with TMR Group has been a positive one. Zinia has been great – from pre-interview advice, to sorting out the necessary contract stuff after. I start the new job next week. If I need work again in the future, she'll be first on my list!
