Surprisingly, I only dealt with Lee for 3 days, I was contacted by TMR on a Monday morning, he told me about a position he was recruiting for that suited my experience, I agreed and he said he'd arrange an interview between us. I explained that due to working hours it could be difficult. He called me back and advised it was scheduled by Teams for Tuesday lunchtime, which was a great idea. I'd already received details of the vacancy and their requirements by email so I knew exactly what they required from the candidate, so the process was easy. The meeting went extremely well, so much so, that I was offered the job on Wednesday morning! To say I was chuffed is an understatement. My new company said this was the first time they'd used TMR, so fingers crossed they continue to do so! I can only thank Lee for his help, I know he knows it was an easy placement for him, we've joked about it, but I'm grateful he chose my CV to put forward for what's hopefully going to be a successful career choice for me.
