We are looking for a pro-active Telemarketing Executive to join a leading fleet management and telematics company based in Birmingham.
As a well-established market leader, they have built an outstanding industry reputation.
They sell a broad spectrum of products and solutions including Fleet Management solutions, Telematics Insurance and Automotive solutions to a range of corporate clients across the UK. This company oversees complete delivery in-house from research through to manufacturing.

As part of their on-going success there is now the opportunity for a Telemarketing Executive to join their team. Working closely with the regional Sales Managers, your key responsibilities will include;
- Develop new business for the company via the telephone
- Engage with new customers to understand needs and requirements and map these into the product/service on offer
- Qualify new sales prospects
- Generate sales leads for other parts of the business such as field sales
- Achieve KPI’s in terms of call volume, quality of call etc
- Maintain a high level of customer service in areas such as order fulfilment etc.
- Work closely with other team members to achieve personal and team goals
To be considered for this Telemarketing Executive role, we are looking for candidates that are ambitious, proactive and that have strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate must have experience selling B2B and be confident to generate new business. Experience selling telematics, automotive products or optimization is desirable but not essential.
