The Ideal Candidate:
You will ideally have recruitment experience within the design/creative space and possess an excellent ability to understand briefs from clients to determine what skills and experience potential candidates need to have. If you have recruitment experience but don’t have design/creative experience, our client is happy to train!
You would be a recruiter who can demonstrate to your clients and candidates where you can add value, consulting effectively, sharing your passion and knowledge of the sector and positively influencing the process to achieve the best results.
Most of all your resilience and tenacity and motivation will be second to none!
Ability to understand client briefs and determine what the required skills are
Manage applications and proactively source candidates utilising a variety of methods
Interviewing candidates face to face as well as via the telephone, and undertaking all required reference checks where necessary
Research and gain new business leads and opportunities
Networking and connecting with the industry face to face and through social media
