An exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant looking to work as part of a collaborative, determined and successful team. Specialising in the Oil & Gas, Energy and Utilities sectors, my client is seeking successful consultants to join their growing team managing a dual desk in a consultative manner.

The Role

Ability to understand client briefs and determine what the required skills are
Manage applications and proactively source candidates utilising a variety of methods
Interviewing candidates face to face as well as via the telephone, and undertaking all required reference checks where necessary
Research and gain new business leads and opportunities
Taking a consultative approach to all aspects of the role

The Candidate

An experienced Consultant within the specialist sectors or similar sectors and possess an excellent ability to understand briefs from clients to determine what skills and experience potential candidates need to have.
You would be a recruiter who can demonstrate to your clients and candidates where you can add value, consulting effectively, sharing your passion and knowledge of the sector and positively influencing the process to achieve the best results.
Most of all your resilience and tenacity and motivation will be second to none!
