We are looking for a pro-active Internal Sales Executive to join a market leading telecommunication provider based in Shropshire.

As a well-established market leader, they have built an outstanding industry reputation.
They sell a broad spectrum of products and solutions including business telephony, business mobiles, connectivity, hosting and IT Services to businesses across the UK

As part of their on-going success there is now the opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive to join their team. You will be responsible for pro-actively contacting new and existing prospects to generate new business opportunities and book appointments for the external sales team. Your key responsibilities will include;

  • Develop new business for the company via the telephone
  • Engage with new customers to understand needs and requirements
  • Arrange appointments for the external sales team
  • Achieve KPI’s in terms of call volume, quality of call etc
  • Maintain a high level of customer service in areas
  • Work closely with other team members to achieve personal and team goals

To be considered for this role, we are looking for candidates that are ambitious, proactive and that have strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate must have experience selling B2B and be confident to generate new business. Experience selling telecommunication solutions would be desirable but not essential.
