Business Development Manager – Exhibition Design & Build
£50,000 – £55,000 (Negotiable) + uncapped commission, company car, laptop, mobile phone

We are looking for a knowledgeable, pro-active Business Development Manager to join creative exhibition design & build company in the midlands.

With clients spanning across the globe, they design, create and build a range of tailor-made structures within the event industry. Whether it is a custom shell scheme or a three-storey creative structure, this company can provide it all!

THE ROLE
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business leads as well as maximising existing accounts. Eventually, you will then have the opportunity to build a sales team around you which you will head up.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Devise and implement a successful sales strategy
  • Continually achieve all targets set
  • Develop and source new leads
  • Meet with clients to discuss requirements
  • Tailor solutions to meet with the customers’ requirements
  • Maximise existing accounts


THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role, you will have ideally worked within an exhibition design & build company. However, backgrounds within retail design, graphics and experiential will also be considered.
