We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join a leading manufacturer of sports & leisure products!

As a well-established market leader, they have built an outstanding industry reputation.
They sell a broad spectrum of products across the UK directly into retailers and suppliers.

As part of their on-going success there is now the opportunity for an Account Coordinator to join their team. Working closely with the sales and key accounts, your key responsibilities will include;

  • Fulfil and nurture all existing accounts
  • Engage with existing accounts to understand needs and requirements and map these into the product/service on offer
  • Resolve customer queries by liaising with the necessary departments
  • Generate administration and marketing awareness and keep product specifications up to date
  • Maintain a high level of customer service in areas such as order fulfilment
  • Work closely with other team members to achieve personal and team goals

To be considered for this role, we are looking for candidates that are ambitious, proactive and have strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will come from a luxury or prestigious goods background and have worked within a similar role.
