We have a proven track record of success in sales recruitment, we really do understand the needs of both candidates and clients in the Midlands and surrounding areas.  Recruiting is one of the most stressful and important parts of any business.  Through an approach that allows us to really get to know our clients and candidates properly, we introduce the right talent to the employer.  But we do it in a simple, effective and professional way.  After all recruitment doesn’t need bells and whistles, but it does need to be done properly.

Formality is not what we do but this doesn’t mean we are not totally professional; it simply means that when you meet with us we’d prefer do it in a relaxed and conversational way. As a candidate at your first meeting we’ll have an informal chat over a coffee, a mutual ‘getting to know you’ before concentrating on the serious business of finding you the next position.  As a client our aim is to understand your business as well as you, to ensure you recruit the right person.

Jo Faria – Operations Director 

I originally came from a background in professional services, specialising in HR, I joined the recruitment industry through some great people that I met and formed lasting relationships with. Originally working as a temps consultant, I eventually moved on to become a permanent consultant, manager and then regional manager.  I have been lucky to work with great people and teams which has in turn resulted in many awards regionally and nationally. I have recruited through just about every sector you can think of and many many types of skill sets too – this includes marketers and accountants.

I love recruitment because: Marketing for me offers a chance to meet a huge diverse range of candidates and clients – with equally diverse skills sets and needs.

Tina Mcloughlin – Manager – Sales Division 

How did I get here! In 1994, I joined Prime Time Recruitment as a Sales Administrator, within 3 months, I was promoted to Recruitment Consultant without a driving licence which at the time was unheard of and I have never looked back. There is method in my madness! I am passionate about recruitment and I am proud that I have maintained the training I received all those years ago and I haven’t fallen foul to becoming a processor in a saturated market but a professional recruiter with longevity who believes that Recruitment is a partnership between myself, the candidate and Client.

What you love best about recruitment: No two days are the same and working with clients and candidates and delivering 1st class results  beyond expectations is always a great moment!

With over 10 years of sales experience growing global accounts, implementing effective marketing and sales strategies across the UK, Middle East and GCC I am now loving the new challenge of recruiting sales roles for global clients, sourcing superstars and helping business and careers flourish.

What you love best about recruitment: it’s exciting to see people getting jobs, companies hiring and knowing I’ve helped both sides find what they are looking for.
Your guilty pleasure: Anything Disney related – although I don’t think I have anything to feel guilty about…who doesn’t love Disney?!
Little known fact:  I love making themed cakes for friends and family.
