We are the Sales recruitment specialists.  We are solely focussed on sales recruitment – it’s all we do and it’s who we are.

We have a proven track record of success in sales recruitment, we really do understand the needs of both candidates and clients in the Midlands and surrounding areas.  Recruiting is one of the most stressful and important parts of any business.  Through an approach that allows us to really get to know our clients and candidates properly, we introduce the right talent to the employer.  But we do it in a simple, effective and professional way.  After all recruitment doesn’t need bells and whistles, but it does need to be done properly.

Formality is not what we do but this doesn’t mean we are not totally professional; it simply means that when you meet with us we’d prefer do it in a relaxed and conversational way. As a candidate at your first meeting we’ll have an informal chat over a coffee, a mutual ‘getting to know you’ before concentrating on the serious business of finding you the next position.  As a client our aim is to understand your business as well as you, to ensure you recruit the right person.

How did I get here! In 1994, I joined Prime Time Recruitment as a Sales Administrator, within 3 months, I was promoted to Recruitment Consultant without a driving licence which at the time was unheard of and I have never looked back. There is method in my madness! I am passionate about recruitment and I am proud that I have maintained the training I received all those years ago and I haven’t fallen foul to becoming a processor in a saturated market but a professional recruiter with longevity who believes that Recruitment is a partnership between myself, the candidate and client.

After studying within Equine Science, I decided to put my education to use and become a Recruitment Consultant…Haha I’m not kidding! I originally fell into the world of recruitment after speaking with a recruitment company about a role I was applying for. After a lengthy conversation, we established, I love speaking to new people, building relationships and creating opportunity. Forget the horses, recruitment was actually the perfect career path for me…6 years later, I haven’t looked back! Having worked within the Automotive, Sales & Events industry; Sales is most definitely my “cup of tea” when it comes to industries so here I am!
