The Role

 

The PPC Senior Account Manager’s purpose is to manage the overall implementation of the PPC strategy for key clients. This includes taking accountability for PPC performance, developing and managing a team to implement and evolve strategy for clients, working closely with key stakeholders, SEO, Display, Analytics and Tech teams working to ensure best practise

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and development of client targets and development goals within your team’s client portfolio
  • Regularly review client PPC strategies on a weekly basis
  • Create new ideas, techniques, new products
  • Going the extra mile in order to please clients through using a proactive approach
  • Provide direction and guidance to the PPC team with regards to data analysis, trend spotting and taking corrective action
  • Managing monthly meetings and Quarterly Performance Reviews with the team as well as mentoring new team members to become operational in their roles quickly and efficiently
  • Manage and direct training and development needs for the team, including management of PDPs
  • Contribute to the new business process and oversee management of sales support from the team as requested by the sales team

 

The Candidate

 

  • 3 + years in a PPC role working within a digital organisation
  • Proven track record in delivering PPC performance in highly competitive markets
  • Proven experience of client insight development, spotting future industry changes and being one step ahead of the curve
  • A mathematical and analytical mind
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills
  • The ability to autonomously identify opportunities, generate ideas and formulate strategies
  • 1+ years line management experience, mentoring & training
