Head of Marketing



Key Skills:           Working in a B2C focused organisation, leading on acquisition for the business to ensure its growth and development. This organisation has continuously grown over the years and to continue with this success we are looking for a marketer who can add to this trajectory.

Key responsibilities of the Head of Marketing

  • Building existing channels for lead generation, this is inclusive of the website, social, PPC, SEO and brand
  • Ensuring Paid search campaigns are optimised and achieving ultimate reach
  • Development of marketing strategies and campaign messaging across direct marketing, paid advertising, PR and social media
  • Analysing trends and activity in order to make effective changes to the digital and marketing strategy
  • Manage the marketing budget
  • Overseeing editorial direction, design, production, accuracy and distribution of all marketing communications collateral online and offline
  • Extensive experience in a business to consumer environment where lead generation and/or paid search were key areas of success
  • Strong analytically, Google, YouTube and Facebook marketing tools, including Adwords and Analytics
  • Experience in proofing and approving copy for web or print materials

Requirements of the Head of Marketing

  • Track record of acquisition through marketing activity
  • Understanding and working knowledge of the B2C sector
  • Strong digital marketing experience, especially a strong understanding of technical marketing
  • Success driving lead generation through marketing activity
