Working in a B2C focused organisation, leading on the acquisition of the business to ensure its growth and development. This is a business that has continuously grown over the years and we are looking for a digital marketer who is capable of continuing this and drive success.

Key responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager

  • Building existing channels to generation lead generation, this is inclusive of the website, social, PPC, SEO and brand
  • Ensuring the Paid search campaigns are optimized and achieving the ultimate reach
  • Development of the marketing strategies and campaign messaging across direct marketing, paid advertising, PR and social media
  • Analyzing the trends and activity in order to make effective changes to the digital and marketing strategy Lead generation through digital marketing activity
  • Develop and manage all marketing strategies and campaign messaging across social media, paid advertising and digital platforms
  • Manage the marketing budget
  • Overseeing editorial direction, design, production, accuracy and distribution of all marketing communications collateral online and offline
  • Extensive experience in a business to consumer where lead generation and/or paid search were key areas of success
  • Strong analytically, Google, YouTube and Facebook marketing tools, including Adwords and Analytics
  • Experience in proofing and approving copy for web or print materials
  • Leading a digital team


Requirements of the Digital Marketing Manager

  • Track record of acquisition through marketing activity
  • Understanding and working knowledge of the B2C sector
  • Strong digital marketing experience, especially a strong understanding of technical side
  • Success driving lead generation through marketing activity
