Working for a Fast Track 100 Retailer, leading on Digital Marketing to enhance and develop their digital presence. An entrepreneurial environment, so you need to be experienced and have worked in a similar environment, a proven track record of improving sales through digital channels. You will be a hands-on Digital Marketer who is savvy when it comes to PPC, a heavy focus around driving acquisition and the profitability through all digital channels and leading a small team to ensure the development of sales and lead generation. Experience of ecommerce or retail brands and showing growth of sales through digital marketing.
- Strong PPC knowledge, a proven track record of developing the PPC strategy and continuously improving the ROI on the PPC spend
- Working with the development team to ensure the UX is on point
- Defining and managing the digital strategy to drive acquisition
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital channels to drive changes within future campaigns
- A/B split testing experience
- Management of digital agencies
- Insights into website conversions, looking at improvements and ways to increase rates
- Experience with Affiliate management
- Knowledge across Paid Social, email marketing channels, Affiliate, SEO and PPC
