The Client

My client is looking for someone with Property Management experience and candidates working towards property qualification will be considered. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years residential property experience.

Use of Qube would also be an advantage.

Role

Duties will include:

  • To manage a residential portfolio.
  • Arrange and chair Resident/Committee/Director and Annual General Meetings
  • Oversee all financial aspects and authorize invoices for payment
  • Attend sites on regular basis to assess contracts in place and performance of contractors
  • Manage Caretakers/Concierges & Cleaning Operatives
  • Implement and monitor Health & Safety at Work regulations
  • Provide the most efficient Block Management service possible
