This is a full account manager role, no sales. You will be be responsible for a portfolio of customers.
The role will include, producing quotes for a number of customers using set prices, making sure jobs go through each department correctly through to invoicing point.
Managing the CRM system.
Managing clients expectations and advising of any issues or delays.
Manage each client campaign to ensure its within margin, on time and arrange delivery.
Work alongside the Marketing and Sales Director to ensure all customers has the best possible experience.
Build and maintain relationships.
